General Information

All orders placed on Crocheting Hands are for digital downloadable products – you will not receive a physical product.

The file is PDF, and to save space is delivered to you in a zipped file – zipped files can easily be unzipped from any device (either automatically, depending on your device, or by right-clicking and selecting ‘unzip’ or ‘uncompress’).

PDF files are easily viewed on any device, or can be printed just as easily and will look exactly as they look on the screen – you don’t need to do any formatting or anything, just select the correct paper size and you’re good to go.

 

 

Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are available for delivery to any email address, providing you can supply a residential address that is acceptable to PayPal – this residential address is kept purely for record-keeping purposes.

 

 

 Delivery Time

Once your order is placed, you will see a download link on your browser screen – this is almost immediate. You will also receive the download link to your email address once payment has been processed.

 

 

 Shipping Costs

There are no shipping costs. All items purchased on Crocheting Hands are digital and downloadable – you do not receive a physical product.

 

Duplicate Orders

If you mistakenly add too many items to your cart, then please contact us immediately so we can resolve this issue for you.
