YARN
To work up to the size specified above you will need the following colours and amounts in a nice aran-weight yarn – acrylic is my preference due to stitch definition and washability:

Lavender/Dark Lilac – 50g x1
White – 50g x1Lilac – 50g x1
Yellow – 50g x1
Purple – 50g x1
Black – 50g x1
Orange – 50g x3

GUAGE
12sts x 12 rows to measure 10x10cm (4x4in)
using 5mm hook or size needed to obtain
correct tension.

EXTRAS
You will need a dowel measuring at least 45cm/18 inches
